Plan on arriving to the ranch 15 minutes before your scheduled ride. You will pull up and park in the large parking lot, and someone will greet you at the front door. We recommend wearing layers, long pants, close toed shoes and a hat. You are welcome to bring a water bottle and place it in the saddle bags for the ride.

Once you have finished payment and signed the waivers you can use the rest room before the ride.

The guides will greet you at the corral gate and introduce you to your horse and get you fitted to your saddle. If you would like a helmet we can provide one for you.  The guide will walk you through on how to control your horse for the ride and answer any questions you might have!

We like to be heading onto the trial at the scheduled time so if you will be late you must call and let us know.

This is a guided walking trail ride.

If you are participating in a 4 or 6 hour ride you will need to purchase a CSKT Conservation Permit from a local sporting goods store, Westland Seed in Ronan or Cenex in St. Ignatius are the closest.
